All orders within Australia incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10.oo AUD and will be delivered via Australian Post Express within 1-3 working days. Capital city addresses tend to incur faster delivery times, than non-capital cities. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left to arrange re-delivery or collection at your local Post Office. We also cater delivery to PO Boxes within Australia [Australia Post Networks]. Fees for international orders include the following for AIRMAIL, up to $500.oo AUD purchase $35.oo AUD postage will be charged, for orders of equal or greater value than $501.oo AUD then postage is Free. Postage using this service will be via Couriered Australian Express Courier International for delivery within 3-8 working days. This service can be tracked online using http://ice.auspost.com.au/ with the tracking number provided.
We currently ship internationally to 48 Countries including Europe & selected in SEA, for more information kindly contact E: firstname.lastname@example.org All international orders will be insured for their full value. Therefore, the total value of the order will be shown on the Customs declaration. We will not be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred by your country of residence, so please check with local Customs department for any restrictions and additional charges. In the event you refuse to pay any additional charges and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.
Important Note: Like most courier services, Australian Express Courier International requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel. If no one will be home to do so, please add a comment to your order during checkout to authorise for the parcel to be left at your appointed address. Alternatively, can send the item/s to your place of work, a family member or a neighbour to ensure full delivery/ reciept upon dispatch. Your satisfaction is of our highest concern so it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange but not refund (please notify us should the garment be of fauty nature which will require similar process of inspection / approval process) provided that the following conditions are met (based on initial purchase garment conditions): All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags still attached. Jewelry must be unworn, without any marks and with all original packaging (including boxes / bags) in its original condition, undamaged. The condition of returned items will be determined by LAB Gallerie ®. We are notified of your intention to exchange or return by email within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. You follow our instructions sent to you via email for the return of the item/s. Your return must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date of delivery within Australia, if international then fourteen (14) days, no slower than registered air mail.
Taking note, returned items must be packaged safely and securely also as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged through postage. The return postage cost for item goods redirected back to LAB Gallerie ® is the responsibility of the customer, however the replaced item will be sent at no additional charge (* conditions may apply) for parcels within Australia (sent via Australia post – express post) and for All International parcels – to be advised via email correspondence. Provided the garment is in stock and available at the time request. Sale/Pre-Ordered Items: For sale/pre-ordered items or discount codes used, we are unable to offer a refund. However you are welcome to have a store credit issued to your LAB Gallerie ® account that will be valid for the season of clothing purchased, generally 3 or 6 month period validity applies dependant on the item.
